Authorizing the City Manager to rescind the donation to San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato of one Hurst Jaws of Life, 15 sets of Wildland gear and ten sets of bunker gear, and authorizing the donation of that same equipment to the Patronato del Cuerpo de Bomberos de San Miguel de Allende, A.C. All equipment will be used for public service purposes. All equipment has a book value of zero.

PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
The donation of the equipment to San Miguel de Allende should be directed to the Fire Department which in this case is a non-profit, as they are not directly under the City of San Miguel de Allende. This is common in some areas in Mexico and is allowed under the donation’s regulations in Mexico.
The original donation was approved by Council 12/4/2023 in regular Council Meeting
