BACKGROUND

The provider agrees to render all electronic medical record services necessary within the scope of practice for appropriate documentation of treatment services as defined and described by rules, regulations, standards and guidelines in effect with Texas Health & Human Services Commission and Chapter 448 guidelines.

Staff recommends that Council approves the motion. Ritten Inc has been the electronic medical system for the ROOTS Recovery Center providing excelled services and compatible with the third-party billing service provider.
