Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by authorizing the issuance of a conditional use permit for a convenience store and gas station (serving alcohol with on-premise consumption) on Lot 3A, Block 1B, Emerald Valley Subdivision, Phase II, located at 4506 Ben-Cha Road.
