Consideration to authorize the purchase of two pizza ovens from A-Tex Restaurant Supply for a total of $68,550.32 to replace current ovens that are not in good working condition and have been used since the arena opened in 2002. The equipment is a like-for-like replacement, for a conveyor oven, Gas Lincoln Impinger Model No. 1180-2G. The purchase will be made utilizing the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Contract #683-22. BACKGROUND
The Sames Auto Arena submits the following request for one Purchase Order from the R&R fund to replace two pizza ovens located in Concession #4 and #5. Currents pizza ovens are not in good working condition and have been used since the Arena opened in 2002. The equipment is a like-for-like replacement, for a conveyor oven, Gas Lincoln Impringer Model No. 1180-2G. The purchase will be made utilizing the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Contract #683-22. Funding is available in the Sports and Community Venue Fund.
