BACKGROUND
The potential water supply framework may include, but is not limited to, a master-metered or bulk treated water supply arrangement, a development agreement, a water supply agreement, or another mutually acceptable framework addressing service delivery, infrastructure responsibilities, operational responsibilities, regulatory compliance, and related terms. The current planning demand under discussion is approximately 200,000 gallons per day.
