2. Discussion with possible action to pursue incentive packages that the City can offer to help recruit physicians in high demand specialties to Laredo in order to address the critical healthcare shortage and to work with the Laredo Economic Development Corporation’s (LEDC’s) Healthcare Committee in this effort, and any other matters incident thereto.
