PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION

Previous RFP for state services was more than 8 years ago.

 

BACKGROUND

The City uses state and federal lobbyists to assist with efforts in Washington, D.C. and Austin. The contract is a three year term to get us through the legislative session and the next one in 2027. Cost and structure of the contract will be the same with no increase. McWilliams was the sole RFP submitted.
