The Mayor and City Council proudly recognize Mariachi Los Tigres del Sur for their outstanding performance at the Robstown Cotton Picker Mariachi Competition.
The program earned top honors, including a 1st Division rating for the Martin JV group with awards for Best Violin, Best Trumpet, Best Armonia, and Best Vocal, as well as a 5th place finish in the JV division. The Martin Varsity group achieved Sweepstakes honors, and several students received individual vocal awards.
The City Council extends special recognition to Mr. Ruben Guadian for his leadership and dedication to the program’s success.
We commend Mariachi Los Tigres del Sur for their excellence and are proud of the recognition they have brought to our community.
