BACKGROUND
Authorization is requested to purchase license plate readers and fixed cameras systems for the Laredo Police Department. Flock Safety headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia is the Sole Source manufacturer, developer, and distributor of the license plate readers, and all related software, products, and services.
