BACKGROUND
Authorization is requested to purchase a mobile surveillance vehicle for the Laredo Police Department. LEA-AID Acquisition Company, headquartered in Spring Hope, NC is a sole source manufacturer of specialized surveillance equipment. Delivery is expected within ninety to one hundred and twenty (90-120) days after receipt of order.
