Discussion with possible action regarding the City of Laredo’s pursuit of authorization from the Texas Legislature to establish a Project Financing Zone (PFZ), including an update on the proposed 2027 legislative strategy, potential qualified projects and eligible uses of PFZ revenues, projected State and local incremental tax revenues, and potential financing capacity; and any other matters incident thereto.
