BACKGROUND

The Laredo Police Department Bike Unit is seeking to occupy 340.72 sq. ft. office space located on the first (1st) floor West wing for the term of three (3) years commencing on January 1, 2024 for a monthly rate of $400.00.  Monthly rent payments will commence until October 1, 2024.  In exchange of no rental payment from January 1, 2024 to October 1, 2024, the Laredo Police Department will provide security presence for the entire facility located at 1301 Farragut Street.
