On July 21, 2025, City Council approved to award a construction contract to the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder ALC Construction CO., Inc., Laredo, Texas in the amount not to exceed $69,000.00 for FY24-ENG-91Northwest WIC Clinic - Parking Lot Improvements Re-bid Project for the total base bid including a $10,000.00 contingency allowance. Construction contract time is 30 working days. Funding is available in the Public Health Department Fund - Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) ProgramGrant.
BACKGROUND
This project consists of an asphalt overlay of approximately 12,750 SF parking lot; removal and replacement of 6 car stops and new striping of 29 parking spaces.
