Utilities Department requires these easements to allow installation of 24-inch waterline for the 24-inch waterline along Loop 20 Kansas City Railroad to Los Presidentes project. Attached is the accepted offer letter and easement exhibits with metes and bounds descriptions for utility and temporary construction easements.
