Authorizing City Manager to establish a partnership between Latinos in Transit (LIT) and Laredo Transit Management Inc., El Metro, to facilitate an exchange of office space and organizational support for one (1) year commencing on November 1st, 2025, this agreement may be renewed upon mutual agreement of both parties.
