BACKGROUND

Pressure Reducing Valve station needed to control flow from MHOC Booster Pump Station to Bartlett Elevated Storage Tank. Buy Board will be utilized due to the urgent need of having station installed, contractor is already mobilized and permitted to conduct work in airport.
