2. Revise the street name from "Wormser Road" to "Lomas Del Sur Boulevard" for the segment located east of Cuatro Vientos Road.
3. Please be advised a formal zone change application has been submitted for this tract. Approval of the preliminary plat does not constitute a staff position on zone change requests. Staff's official recommendation will be provided only upon the formal review of the zone change application. All zone change requests are subject to City Council discretion and are not guaranteed.
4. Identify all easements.
5. All improvements as per the Subdivision Ordinance.
