The initial term of this contract was for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. BACKGROUND
This is a service contract to provide Creek maintenance of the Chacon Creek Hike & Bike Trail. This contract consists of, but is not limited to, the collection of trash, debris, rubbish, and mowing and tree maintenance services for the area.
There was no price increase. The term of this contract shall be for a period one year with the option to renew for an additional one-year period. This is the first extension period.
