BACKGROUND

Texas Local Government Code Section 43.0673 requires a public hearing before City Council.  The petition for annexation was presented before the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 7, 2024 for a recommendation.  After the public hearing, the petition shall proceed to City Council for introduction of the ordinance on February 18, 2025.

Tract 6 is as follows:

Voluntary Annexation:
Tract 6 - 13.4940 acres, more or less, located west of West Peak Road and north of El Pico Road.

Petitioner: George M. Beckelhymer on behalf of Pinnacle Mines Investments, LLC

 

COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION

The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the proposed annexation and zoning designation on November 7, 2024 and recommended approval of the annexation and initial zoning of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District).
