Public Hearing and discussion on the voluntary annexation and initial zoning of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) on a tract of land totaling 13.4940 acres, more or less, as described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit “A”, and known as Annexation Tract 6 (Zuniga Tract) located west of West Peak Road and north of El Pico Road.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the annexation and initial zoning.

BACKGROUND
Texas Local Government Code Section 43.0673 requires a public hearing before City Council. The petition for annexation was presented before the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 7, 2024 for a recommendation. After the public hearing, the petition shall proceed to City Council for introduction of the ordinance on February 18, 2025.
Tract 6 is as follows:

Tract 6 - 13.4940 acres, more or less, located west of West Peak Road and north of El Pico Road.
