Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by rezoning the east one-half (1/2) of Lot 2, Block 248, Western Division, located at 914 Coke Street, from R-2 (Multi-Family Residential District) to B-3 (Community Business District).
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed zone change and staff did not support the application.
