A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to accept and enter into a contract amendment from the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Grant Program for a decrease in funds amount of $95,687.00 for an amended total award amount of $246,051.00, with an in-kind match of $24,605.00 for the City of Laredo Public Health Department, for the term period from July 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Funding is available in the Laredo Public Health Department Fund - PHEP Grant.
