A Resolution by the City of Laredo, Texas suspending the April 19, 2025 effective date for the maximum amount of time of the proposal by Centerpoint Energy Resources Corp., d/b/a Centerpoint Energy Entex and Centerpoint Energy Texas Gas - South Texas Division to implement interim Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program (GRIP) rate adjustments for gas utility investment in 2025 and requiring delivery of this resolution to the company and legal counsel.

BACKGROUND
Centerpoint provided notice of the interim rate increase on February 18, 2025. The rate will become effectives for customers on April 19, 2025 unless the city passes this resolution to suspend this date by 45 days.
