Consideration to approve and enter into a lease agreement between the City of Laredo Health Department and G&T Asset Management Series, LLC to allow the City of Laredo to operate on the property situated at 6801 McPherson Rd Unit #112 Laredo, TX 78041 for the City of Laredo Public Health Department Ryan White & HEP C Programs. The term of the agreement is for $3,950.00 per month for two (2) years and one (1) security deposit of $3,950.00 for a total not to exceed $98,750.00, beginning March 01, 2025 through February 28, 2027, contingent on funding availability. Funding is available in the Laredo Public Health Department Fund - HEP C 340B & Ryan White 340B Programs.

BACKGROUND
The Ryan White and HEP C health promotion programs of the City of Laredo Public Health Department wish to expand the footprint of the department to be able to reach more eligible patients to continue providing comprehensive HIV/HEP C services and promote increased access and accessibility, improve efficiency and quality of care, collaborations and partnerships, and meet growing demand for the needs of the community.
