Authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the Texas Library Association for the Summer at the Library Grant, in the estimated total amount of $10,000.00 per six (6) month term, from May 2, 2026, through October 30, 2026, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Library Department; and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Laredo Public Library Department - General Fund.
