BACKGROUND
Initiate a Sister Cities agreement with the City of Ciudad Fernandez, San Luis Potosi. Presently, Ciudad Fernandez’s greenhouse plant exports are exclusively directed towards the United States, facilitated through the port of Laredo. The municipality seeks to diversify its export activities to include various agricultural products such as vegetables, berries, peanuts, cereals, and citrus fruits. This strategic initiative aims to fortify the prevailing camaraderie, collaboration, and economic prosperity between the two cities.
