Motion to approve tax roll adjustments for the month of February 2025. The amounts adjusted represent an increase of $63,017.91 for prior year taxes and a decrease of $110,401.53 for current year taxes. The aggregate adjustment represents a decrease of $47,383.62. These adjustments are determine by value changes reported by the Webb County Appraisal District, which include rollbacks and reflected in General Fund.

BACKGROUND
Under Section 26.09(e), Calculation of Tax, of the Texas Property Tax Code, "The Assessor shall enter the amount of tax determined as provided by this section in the appraisal roll and submit it to the governing body of the unit for approval. The appraisal roll with amount of tax entered as approved by the governing body constitutes the unit's tax roll." It was the recommendation of the City Attorney and the Tax Collections Attorney that adjustments be approve each month in addition to the tax roll been accepted with adjustments.
