BACKGROUND

Contract went out on formal bid solicitations in which three submittals were received: Triple H Field Services, LLC, Corpus Christi, TX; Traf Tex, Houston, TX; Patmo Services, LLC, Laredo, TX. Bids were reviewed by City staff, and Triple H Field Services, LLC was determined to be the lowest responsive responsible bidder.

This contract establishes pricing for electrical services necessary for the installation and maintenance of streetlights and traffic signal lights for the City of Laredo Traffic Division. These services are to be requested on as needed basis. The term of this contract shall be for a period one year with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, upon mutual agreement of both parties and contingent on availability of appropriated funds.
