BACKGROUND
The amendments of said help provide better customer service and have been deemed necessary and appropriate. The City Council agrees that it is in the best interest of the city that projects that have requiring underground fiber installation on the on the public Right-of-Way shall follow the requirements for alignments and depths on ROW for telecommunications.
