Authorization for payment of invoices for the annual software maintenance agreement as stipulated on the contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc. utilizing Sourcewell contract #060624-TTI in the amount not to exceed $135,701.70. The maintenance agreement is a hosted environment software allowing the court to process, track and maintain all court records. The term of the contract is for one (1) year commencing on September 1, 2026 and ending on August 31, 2027. Funding is available in General Fund-Municipal Court Budget.

BACKGROUND
Laredo Municipal Court has utilized Tyler Technologies, Inc. Incode software as the courts' case management software. This is an annual agreement renewing automatically for an additional one (1) year renewal terms unless terminated by either party.
It allows the court to process, track and maintain all court records. In 2021, the court transitioned to a hosted environment increasing online services and also enabling the court to work remotely, if needed.
