BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo Public Health Department's mission is to provide high quality care for individuals in need and to assist the underserved and vulnerable population. All patients who qualify for financial assistance through the City of Laredo Health Department's Charity Care Program will not incur charges for medically necessary care during the timeframe for which their assistance is granted.
