Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by authorizing the issuance of a special use permit for a restaurant serving alcohol on Lots 7 and 8, Block 305, Eastern Division, located at 818 and 820 Clark Boulevard.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed Special Use Permit, with an amendment to Condition No. 4 modifying the hours of operation. Under the amended condition, the restaurant will be permitted to operate from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Sunday through Wednesday.
