An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, amending Chapter 23, Article I, Section 3, of the Code of Ordinances by adding sub-section (b) to allow for the waiver of the $30.00 swimming lesson fees listed in section 23-3(a)(2) of the code of ordinances for family members and/or primary caregivers of disabled individuals.
