2. Discussion with possible action to direct the City Manager and upper management to work with Utilities staff to install either side walks or xeriscaping with a crushed granite walkway along the south side of Shiloh Drive on the City owned property adjacent to the North Laredo Wastewater Plant, in an effort to increase connectivity in a manner that also protects the public from the wastewater plant, and any other matters incident thereto.
