BACKGROUND

The City of Laredo Public Health Department wishes to apply for the funding opportunity by the Health Resources and Services Administration to be considered for funding through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part C Early Intervention Services Program: Existing Geographic Service Area Grant. Through this award, the City of Laredo Public Health Department is able to plan, develop and deliver comprehensive outpatient health, treatment and support services to meet the identified needs of individuals and families with AIDS or HIV disease in the Health Service Delivery Area of Jim Hogg, Starr, Zapata, and Webb Counties.
