BACKGROUND
The Utility Department requires this easement to allow the ability to serve, access, maintain and/or repair a proposed 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer pipeline and eliminate an existing lift station. Attached are the Majestic Port Grande 1, LLC easement dedication document, the easement exhibits with metes and bound descriptions for the permanent and temporary construction easements.
