BACKGROUND

In accordance with Ordinance 2008-0-158, Section 24.56, the Vista Del Sur Development, comprising 144 lots, developer HFK Development LLC and Laredo Four Winds LTD is required to provide 0.5616 acres of parkland; however, are contributing a total of 1.5965 acres, exceeding the requirement by 1.0349 acres. The City will accept the donation. These two parcels will form a linear park accessible from both sides of Ejido Avenue. Plans include landscaping with trees, irrigation, and a walkway to enhance the community walking park. Additionally, they have met the requirement for park improvement fees, totaling $45,216.00.
