Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance amending the City of Laredo Cemetery main fee ordinance, which is located in the Code of Ordinances Chapter 8; Article 23, entitled “Same - Fees Charged” adding two new sections, namely 8-23 (b)(5) and (b)(6) to establish costs and fees for newly available services at the Cemetery which are related to columbarium and/or niche services which is a manner of storing urns.
