Discussion with possible action regarding the possibility of creating a short term “Protect Our Streets” task force to determine common sense solutions and potential changes to City ordinances that would prevent excessive street damage, including but not limited a shift from spray irrigation to drip irrigation, encouraging home builders to use xeroscaping, utility incentive packages for rate payers, and any other matters incident thereto.
