Consideration to award service contract FY24-023 to Hagerty Consulting, Inc., Evanston, Illinois in a one-time amount of $98,344.00 for the COVID-19 After Action Report. This report will focus on the strengths and weakness with regard to procedures, processes and capabilities regarding the City of Laredo’s response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Funding is available in the America Rescue Plan Act Fund.

BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo went out on formal Request for Proposal solicitations and received (4) four proposals through Cit-E-Bid for the COVID-19 After Action Report for the Fire Department. This contract will be awarded utilizing best value evaluation criteria. A recommendation is being presented to award this contract to Hagerty Consulting, Evanston, Illinois.
