Discussion with possible action to review and revise the City’s bulky waste collection program to improve service delivery, increase public awareness and education regarding proper bulky waste disposal, and promote compliance with the City’s Solid Waste Ordinance; including evaluating current collection practices, communication and outreach efforts, enforcement of applicable ordinances, and other matters incident thereto.
