SUBJECT
Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by rezoning the west 83 feet of Lots 7 and 8, Block 765, Western Division, as further described by metes and bounds in attached “Exhibit A”, located at 2819 Flores Avenue, from R-3 (Mixed Residential District) to B-1 (Limited Business District).
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed zone change and staff supports the application.
