Consideration to authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a Water Utility Service and Controlled Development Agreement with TDB World Industrial Park LLC and Webb County Municipal Utility District No. 1 for outside-city retail water service to World Logistics Park, including developer-funded infrastructure, applicable rates and fees, a four-year warranty and M&O evaluation period, future annexation, and any matters incident thereto; subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
