PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On July 31, 2023 council approved award of a contract to Spartan Construction in the amount of $568,143.00 to replace two (2) belt filter presses at the South Laredo Wastewater Treatment Plant.
BACKGROUND
Final inspection and acceptance of work has been made by the Superintendent and the Director. Closeout documents submitted and acknowledged. Project Final Payment and Release of Retainage. Project is complete.
