BACKGROUND

The City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional services to design and construct a pedestrian bridge to cross from Father McNaboe Park to Barbara Fasken Recreational Center over an existing creek to provide safe, ADA-accessible connectivity. The project shall improve pedestrian safety, enhance recreational access in District VII.
