An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the FY 2024-2025 of Community Development Department budget by increasing revenues and expenditures by $6,288.00 in order to appropriate the additional HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and to ratify the authorization of the City Manager to execute any documents needed due to these additional funds. the city was notified of these additional funds on May 28, 2025 and were identified by HUD after they conducted their internal quality control check.
