Consideration to authorize the purchase of one New Caterpillar Backhoe Loader from HOLT CAT, Laredo, Texas in the total amount of $101,729.25 through the BuyBoard Contract 685-22. This is a replacement for unit 13563 that burned and was a complete loss. Funding is available in the Waterworks Fund- 2022 Water Revenue Bond.

Unit 13563 burned and needs to be replaced. A claim was filed with TML and the City will be reimbursed the scheduled value less the deductible once a purchase order has been issued.
