2. Discussion and possible action to partner as a stakeholder with Webb County through Webb County Court-at-Law II. The partnership is to approve a plan of action to apply for a grant through Department of Justice, FY24 Community Courts Initiative to provide in kind match funds not to exceed $150,000.00 for four years. In kind match services may be and not limited to Health Department essential services, Public transit services, public housing services, Police & Fire services, Community Development services, and or other services the City of Laredo might deem reasonable to provide to citizens with family court cases; and any other matters incident thereto.
