BACKGROUND

The City of Laredo is requesting said easements to accommodate the 16-inch water main from Cuatro Vientos elevated storage tank to the intersection of Concord Hills Blvd and Wormers Road. The easement is needed to serve the City of Laredo Sports Complex.
