BACKGROUND
Request for Qualifications were solicited and Porras Nance Engineering was selected to enter into negotiations for a contract on the Relocation of Utilities of TxDOT’s PS&E 3 phase of US59 / Loop 20 highway expansion project. The approximate limits of this phase are from Sinatra Park Way to Saunders Ave. The proposed engineering fee of $691,400.00 includes topographic surveying, TxDOT permits and utility coordination, easement plats and description, plans, specifications, bidding documents and estimate, construction staking, coordination & administration, and final as-built plans and close out documents. Currently TXDOT design is 100% complete and is targeted to let July 2026.
