BACKGROUND
The applicant has requested a nonexclusive franchise agreement from the City of Laredo for the purpose of operating a commercial refuse gathering and disposal service. The applicant is starting a new business that requires a franchise agreement with the City of Laredo. This is the third reading of the three required readings.
